Dear all,
I would like to clarify a few points regarding the "Petroleum fields,
areas" table that seemed to have caused confusion during our regular
conference call yesterday:

1)In some cases, as you can see there are dates missing in such columns as
"Date Special Permission received for Geological Research including Pilot
Development Planning" and "Date Extended Special Permission Received". This
can be explained by means of difference in procedures in obtaining the
licenses. In these cases, the licenses were initially issued for the period
of 20 years.
2) The licenses regarding the fields in Crimea in the table are those that
correspond to the heading "KRYMTOPENERGOSERVIS" LLC. As already stated, the
production has been suspended.
3) Also, as you noted two licenses in the table will expire in 2014, and
namely, "PARI" LLC (Chukvynska area: 8/2/2014) and "KRYMTOPENERGOSERVIS"
LLC (Pryozerne field: 12/6/2014). In this regard, Burisma Holdings is
planning to extend these licenses based on standard legal procedures.
4) The Company doesn't have fields in the Eastern part of Ukraine in close
proximity to counterinsurgency operations.
5) Aldea Ukraine is a PJSC - public joint stock company, owned by Burisma
(not state owned in any part).
