EMAIL DETAILS

Dear Parents of Vipers,
I am happy to annouce that 7 mighty Vipers dug down deep and beat the
Flames, 19 to 8! Which means next week, on Sunday at 12:00pm, we will play
WES for the division title.

Tournament dates:
The all-division Montgomery County Tournament will take place on Saturday
March 9th (the first game will be at 9am, not sure about the other 2 yet)
and if we win, we continue on to Sunday, March 10th. I have down that Thea
and Emma will miss some of the games, so please let me know about other
potential absences.

Scrimmage question:
We are trying to have one scrimmage before the tournament, and an end of
season celebration afterwards - the league will give us a room at Lawton,
like last year. Here are the three choices. Please let me know your
availability for all three, as we would really like all the girls to be able
to attend the post­season party.

Saturday Feb 23rd at 8am (I realize this will not be post-season and is very
early in the morning- they need us to play before they start the 5th grade
games)
Saturday March 2nd at 8am
Sunday, March 3rd at 10am

AU Game
In addition, we have enjoyed over the years taking the girls to an AU
Woman's basketball game. Please let me know if your daughter would be
available to attend on Saturday, March 2nd at 2:00pm, when AU plays
Lafayette.
