Cars: I placed two suburbans at the house for your use throughout the weekend. Keys are in the car.

Tickets: I have everyone’s smartpasses to access the lifts at the slopes. Similar to last trip, you will only be charged for the days that you actually ski. I’ll give them to y;all tonight at the house, if that is ok.

Lessons: Check-in for ski school is at 9:00am each day. Little Hunter and Natalie are pre-registered for 3 days of ski school. Maisy, Finnegan, and Naomi are pre-registered for one day, but there is no commitment to attend. They will only be charged for the days they actually attend the school. Their lesson vouchers are automatically coded onto their lift ticket/smart passes.
Equipment: The VP, Beau, and Hunter’s ski equipment has been pre-pulled, and will be available at the Snowmass Two Creeks Lift lodge Friday morning. There will also be someone available to fit the bindings and such when y'all arrive to ski. Charles Segers who was on the last trip to Snowmass is back this year to help with all this. Maisy, Finnegan, and Naomi can pick up their equipment at any rental shop in Snowmass or a ski school with the voucher attached to their lift ticket.

Massages: I found the same therapist from last trip if you are interested. She is available after 8pm on Friday, and after 7pm on Sat, and Sun nights. $150/hour +$25 after 9pm. Just let me know.

Billing: On Monday, I will settle all the bills with the mountain management folks. I'll just need to collect credit cards, and we can figure out later this weekend. I have the rates for everything to give you ahead of time so there shouldn't be any surprises. The prices are similar to last trip including applicable promotions and discounts, and you will only be charged for the days you sk.

Cell phones – AT&T seems to work weakly on the first floor now. Otherwise, no cell coverage at all in the residence. There are hard lines in your rooms. The wifi is also on an open system.

X-country skiing/snow-shoeing – The Snowmass Nordic Center is open this year, which is 15 minutes from the house. The cool Ashcroft x-country and snowshoe location from last trip is also open, which is a good 40 minutes from the house. I'll have info for you tonight.
