Last year, member donations helped re-elect President Obama and protect theSenate from a Republican takeover. Winning twenty-five Senate races came at a high cost though-- $145 million.

We're as happy as you about Elizabeth Warren and Tammy Baldwin being in the Senate, but we emptied our coffers beating Rove. And this time, stopping the right-wing money machine will cost even more-- upwards of $200 million. We can't stop those right-wing radicals from taking over the Senate without your early investment.

I know you do a lot, but President Obama can't afford to have a Republican held Senate, and I think that becoming a member today would mean a lot to him.
