Good morning Jill, Hallie, Beau and Hunter:

I'm looking forward to seeing you soon. Michael and I will be arriving by
car on Sunday the 7th between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m. if that's alright with you
Jill. If not, we can arrive later or somewhat earlier. Let us know about
that.

Here's the proposed schedule for Beau and me. If this isn't a good fit for
you Beau, then we'll alter in accordingly.


Begin at 10:30 a.m. on Monday the 8th. End session at 3:00 p.m.. Eat a
light lunch at the house. If you tell us what you'd like to eat, Michael
can prepare us some vittals.

Continue with that schedule daily through Friday. Saturday off. Resume
on Sunday - Monday.

Michael and I will leave on Tuesday the 16th.

During my time there, we'll try to identify someone who might continue the
work. I have two names of recommended people and I can even try to
interview them if you want.

Hunter - I hope we'll get to see you during the visit but as you pointed
out to us, you do have to work.

Hallie - we very much look forward to meeting you.
