I am updating the RSPI deck but one of the slides I am adding is going to have the following information which I thought you would find useful - all true but helps look impressive for a year and a half’s work:

•In the year and a half since our inception, RSPI has completed the following placements and has generated fees from the following transactions:
–$12.5m investment from a domestic based Multi-Family Office into a fund led by Mitsubishi for the purpose of investing in shipping containers.
–$8.6m investment from European-based Family Office into a U.S. Middle Market Debt Fund.
–$2m investment from a domestic based HNW individual into a Structured Credit Hedge Fund.

•In addition, RSPI introductions have led to the following transactions:
•$2m investment from a Mexican based HNW individual into a internet gaming company operating in Latin America.
•$5m investment from a European-based Family Office into a co-investment deal led by a Middle Market Private Equity Fund.
