Attached with some minor edits. I didn’t change the financial slide or the use of proceeds slides even though I am not sure they still are 100% accurate right now (pretty close but not 100%). For example, I still have the mortgage brokerage business line expansion in there. I left it in there since it was indicative of the ways we COULD expand and generate revenue even if we may or may not decide to pursue it.

To me, the most important slide is the one I sent you separately which shows the “successes”. I think that is the most useful addition and shows a track record of success. I can update anything else you want but since you weren’t even sure you would use it - I am sending this all to you as something for you to look at in case you want to talk about it rather than something to be handed over.
