*Some months back I chatted with one of your JV partners re a Caribbean
resort you guys were working on (he's a former professional baseball
player). I'm similarly working on a realty resort project on St. Croix,
USVI, where I have a home and an association with a leading lawyer/firm on
STX -- both of us are formerly with the U.S. Department of Justice - in my
case during the Nixon years both before his presidency as a legal aide to
him in his NY law firm and later in his War On Drugs program ODALE (Office
of Drug Abuse Law Enforcement), a White House sponsored program at the
time.*

*I recall you or your family may have some familiarity with St. Croix, once
the vacation getaway for the Rockefeller's and later the Kennedy's.*

*Meanwhile I have a legal matter for a business partner of mine who
graduated from Yale and Georgetown Law and NYU Law (Masters) that I'd like
