All, Please see below a reminder about tomorrow evening's event: Please join us for a conversation with *Ebrahim Rasool, South Africa's Ambassador to the United States, at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, December 2. * Ambassador Rasool will discuss his work on human rights and religious tolerance in South Africa, and around the globe. This week marks the one-year anniversary of the death of Nelson Mandela, whom the Ambassador met while both were in prison. As many struggle with injustice and conflict at home and abroad, we will have the opportunity to engage in dialogue with the Ambassador, who is known for his eloquence and his work building community in the wake of apartheid, seeking religious tolerance, and defending the dignity of all humans. We will gather in the Robert L. Smith Meeting Room. Light refreshments will be available a t6:30 pm. Older students are welcome to attend. Please email Kathi Webb (webbk@sidwell.edu) if you would like to use onsite child care. Your 8th Grade Rep
