I am pleased to let you know that your son or daughter has been selected
to participate in the Beijing Bound trip for Minimester 2015. I know that
this will be an incredible trip!

The next step in the process is for you to register for the trip through
the Auxiliary Programs website. Please see the attached document for
instructions. This is also where you should apply for financial
assistance. If your son or daughter does not have a current passport, you
should get the paperwork going on that process immediately.

There are still several spaces on the trip which we anticipate filling with
7th grade applicants later this week.

We are sending this information to the email addresses listed on your
Minimester application form, and we will be using these to create a list to
circulate information about details all the way through to the end of the
trip. If you would like to change this information in any way, please send
corrections to the trip chaperones so they can update the final list. Trip
chaperones are Fei Reed, Mary Milroy, and Julia Porter.

Participants in the trip are as follows:

Mia Gleklen

Matthew Gunty

Olivia Heard

Ellie Ihegihu

Nick Klingen
