I attach the signed agreement.
In point 5.4 that you changed I've just clarified that the expenses incurred need to be approved beforehand by MedTAG. Let me know if that's OK by you. If it is, please email me back a signed copy.
For me the effective date is December 4, so we're ready to go to Astana.
If you give me your OK, tomorrow I can courier you 2 original copies of the agreement and 2 of the NDA, all signed by me, then once you've signed them I can pick them up next time we meet.
I am also sending you our ABC policy, which is an attachment to the agreement.
