Dear Member,

We look forward to celebrating with you at our Member Holiday Party this
evening starting at 6pm in Seasons Restaurant.
I wanted to give you a bit of a heads up in case you are planning to
arrive by car for the event. There are two other large evening functions
in the hotel today and they start around the same time.
The Hotel's Front Drive will be very busy and you might experience a
delay getting to the door. Thank you in advance for your patience during
this busy Holiday Season.

We look forward to seeing many of you this evening and we will miss those
of you who are not able to attend.

Greetings,

Julia
