Once in a while, I make a truly contrarian forecast, and I have been
telling my clients for the past few weeks that a successful outcome to
the Iranian nuclear negotiations this Monday would deliver a major boost
to the global economy. Now in the National Interest , I have quantified
that outcome, estimating that an end to sanctions and Iran's re-entry
