Beau & Hunter,

Attached is an offer letter with the changes that Mel asked that we could make (there were several we could not). I was hoping to run this letter up to Beau this evening for signature (I also want a chance to speak with him to make sure we are on the same page). We both have a lot invested in this arrangement, and it comes with a lot of trust that can't be put down on paper. I'm confident that we both will make this work.

I am asking my P.R. folks to get in touch with Josh Alcorn to begin to figure out how to position this. Please let me know if you have any concerns about that.
