Dear Hunter, As 2014 draws to a close, I have chosen this time to reflect on one of the world’s greatest, and often under-appreciated gifts: our climate. As global leaders wrap up their Climate Change Conference in Lima this week, I write in my Forbes column (http://www.forbes.com/sites/paullaudicina/2014/12/08/the-heat-is-on-three-ways-to-avoid-climate-armageddon/) about the challenges inhibiting real progress towards world-wide action in the fight to mitigate global warming. I discuss how short-sighted thinking, lack of global governance structures, and restrained language in discussing climate change lead to inaction. As always, I welcome your thoughts. Wishing you a “warm” holiday! Best, Paul Paul A. Laudicina Chairman Emeritus, A.T. Kearney and Chairman of Global Business Policy Council A.T.
