That's my point with Liberia.. we are way down the road on this and we have 15% fee for all we recover. The Liberia peice will fund the rest of the countries that we go to.
You have an office so we don't need one I presume. You have a website, letterhead, phones etc... we don't F. Lee Bailey to draw up a JV agreement.. I am sure we both have copies that we can cut and paste into one that will work for us.
So that leaves us with travel, hotels and a continuing legal strategy on the suits we have already started.
The Liberian Ambassador is in DC for a week and if we decide to inch forward on this you should meet him. His name is Charles Minor. Btw,, Aunt Val went to Liberia last year I think, and they are still talking about it.

I am working on numbers with Tom which we can fold into a business plan. I have written two of them and as you know they are usually a bunch of hoo haa and projections, but I understand we need something on paper.

So my idea regarding funding is that we actually have the ability to staff an office while we seek contracts. We could obviously just work towards contracts and fund as we go but it would be nice to have a business plan and idea of how we get from here to there without me having to skip a tuition payment.

Why don't we pick a country and then we can figure out what we need, who would start, how we proceed.
Cote D'Ivore would hire us, although its as dangerous there as here. We have contact there that we are working with to get de-listed from the 1267. He is a huge cocoa and coffee exporter who got mixed up with Taylor years ago and unwittingly ended up on a "bad guy" list.
If you think Tunisia is a possibility then we could start there. We have copies of the agreement with Liberia that could be used as a template.

I wonder if there is a way to pull our newco together and approach them about working to help sort out the list of possible illicit funds that have bee deposited in their bank.
