Tim Kennard 10-mile River Run and 5K Run

March 6, 2011 at 8:30 a.m. in Salisbury, Md.

Tim Kennard, a 48-year-old father, passed away from renal cancer in May 2004. This
race in his memory benefits Coastal Hospice, specifically for pediatric cases and
programs for grieving children who have lost a sibling or a parent to cancer.

Sign up early to receive a hi-tech T-shirt. Brooks finisher's jackets and a pasta
dinner the night before the race are also options for participants as well.

Kelly's St. Patrick's Day Shamrock 5K

March 13, 2011 at 1:15 p.m. in downtown Baltimore

If you managed to snag a spot in the Shamrock 5K, your luck came early! This day
of fun and green-packed festivites starts in the afternoon and runs into the night
with a post-race party, including live music and, for our id-clad runners, free
beer!

We encourage participants to attend one of our five packet pick-up sessions being
held the week of the race to avoid backups on race day. Click the Get Race Information

American Red Cross "Out For Blood" 5K

March 26, 2011 at 8 a.m. in Centennial Park
March is Red Cross Month, and what better way to celebrate than running a 5K to
benefit the American Red Cross, Greater Chesapeake and Potomac Blood Services Region.
Participants can also win great prizes by recruiting blood donors as pledges. Use
the Register/Pledge link to the left to print out a registration form complete with
spaces for pledge names.
