No problem. I was more concerned with a print-out being left somewhere accidentally. Below are are some other deals too. And I've attached a more detailed risk document re the Mexico deal. Hopefully it sheds some light for you regarding types of structuring. Have a great trip. I think there's a 2-day overlap between when you return and Fede and I leave for Honduras next week. If feasible, I can schedule a meeting with the IDB guy to talk to regarding Aqua Solutions possibilities in Haiti. He's an engineer by trade, which helps in this case because he'll understand technical aspects, and he has singular authority to make things happen there. Or not. I'm meeting with him this Thursday for my manufacturing project. I will broach the idea and see if he's interested in sitting down for a longer discussion. ARGENTINA *Southern Wind Project * *$150m (this is a public sector project) * General Objective: Support the implementation of the 8% goal established by Law 26,190 through the construction, operation and maintenance of new renewable energy plants interconnected to the network, with a generating capacity of 1 MW and 50 MW for a period of 50 years. Specific Objective: Support the National Strategic Plan for Wind Energy by funding the wind energy program "Southern Wind Project", for the construction and operation of three wind farms in the provinces of Chubut (60MW) , Santa Cruz (120MW) and Buenos Aires (30 MW). MEXICO *Development of Local Wind Technologies* *$24m (this is a grant project) * The project will: (i) structure a value chain for the production of goods and services at the national level in the wind energy sector; (ii) consolidate the human talent required for the design of state of the art wind turbines; (iii) consolidate the technical capabilities for the manufacturing, testing and certification of wind turbines; (iv) establish the necessary industrial capabilities for the production of wind turbines with a high component of national technology; and (v) support the development and provide capacity building to promote wind power aplication through distributed generation by Small Power Producers (SPPs).
