Republicans have one goal: Turn back the clock.

They've already started trying to repeal health care reform and take us back to the days when insurance companies ran our health care system. Now they want to go back to letting Wall Street gamblers wreak havoc on our economy. They even want to undo Social Security and Medicare!

In his State of the Union speech, President Obama laid out an ambitious plan to "win the future." But it'll take a lot to make it happen - and we can't count on the GOP to help us move forward when they're so obsessed with taking us backward.

Only a Democratic Senate will keep us on the right path and only you can protect our majority. That's why I'm asking you to join me in supporting the DSCC, the only organization solely focused on keeping the Senate in Democratic hands in 2012.

I won a tough re-election fight last November, in no small part thanks to the DSCC and its nationwide network of grassroots supporters. I wouldn't be Majority Leader today if people like you hadn't stepped up to the plate early and generously.

And we won't be able to fulfill the agenda President Obama laid out in his speech - creating good jobs, making smart investments in education and infrastructure, building the new industries of tomorrow - if we don't step up again to protect our Senate majority in 2012.

Remember: Republicans may talk the talk about the economy, but their actions speak louder.
