Time is going to be short tomorrow with Arlene but I will see her tomorrow at 10 prior to our Guardian call at 11 and I was going to tee up the new clients discussion with you and me by telling her at 10 that you and talked about how much we need in new business before we can all give ourselves a higher draw and we want to take a dedicated focus on adding $35K a month in the next two months.
