Dear all - thank you for a great call this afternoon. We have agreed on the following next steps:

1. NCR will provide RS certain information about our USPS account, relationships, as well as perspective on how USPS workforce views/ uses our technology - Gary (see below initial input from Gary)

2. RS will conduct intelligence gathering, will advise on strategic approach and will craft a strategic plan to be validated and agreed upon with NCR

3. RS will draft SOW and submit to Marija, Mike and Gary for approval - Eric/ Neil

4. NCR will set up a follow up discussion with NCR USPS team 1/27 or 1/28 - Marija and Neil to coordinate

5. Separately, RS will organize a discussion with Noreen Naughton and Marija to discuss strategic opportunities with other public sector accounts - Neil

6. RS will send a note to Marija introducing RS counsel; Marija will connect with our Public Sector counsel;
