4th Grade Parents, We're sending a PERMISSION SLIP for your child to attend the 4th Grade Service Day to Brightwood Elementary School on Thursday, March 3rd. *Please click REPLY and fill out the permission slip electronically.* An information sheet about the Service Day is attached. Please take a minute to read about what the students will be doing and details about the trip. Thanks very much! We're looking forward to a great return trip to Brightwood Elementary School. -- Catherine Weiss (catherine.weiss@starpower.net ; 240/497-1971) *SIDWELL FRIENDS LOWER SCHOOL* *Permission to Attend 4th Grade Service Day* _____________________________ has my permission to attend the Fourth Grade Service Day Name of Student at *Brightwood Elementary School* on *Thursday, March 3, 2011*. The Fourth Grade will ride in a chartered bus with parent chaperones from Lower School to Brightwood Elementary School in Northwest Washington, DC. *The trip is from 12:15 p.m. to 3:00 p.m*. *Participation:* ____ My child will attend the Service Day with the grade. ____ My child will NOT attend the Service Day with the grade and will leave school by the usual means of transportation at 12:15 pm. *Pickup Information:* ____ After the Service Day, my child will go to LS Aftercare as usual. ____ After the Service Day, my child will be picked up at Lower School at 3 pm by ____________________. (Note: The bus to Middle and Upper Schools will depart the Lower School at 12:15 pm on the Service Day and will *not* return at 3 pm.)
