I appreciate the candid and open telephone conversation we had today. My
partners and I believe it is in the best interest for all of us, to have
our scheduled call on Tuesday at 11:00 AM and cancel tomorrow's call.


Secondly, on some concrete items can we please do our best to put the
following to bed:


1) Confirmation of the meetings requested at the DGA

2) Confirmation of dinner date with Chinese Embassy (in order of
preference) - May 5, 2011-May 19, 2011,May 12, 2011 (As one can imagine
we have logistics to work out with our current investor base, and thus
this is a priority so we can schedule the other events around the
dinner.

3) Hunter/Eric and I discussed a leasing issue and Eric mentioned he was
waiting hear back from his contact

4) NLC - Seeing if NLC wants to be involved or stay at the status quo (I
believe Hunter has all of the project material)


I believe this covers items which hopefully could be wrapped up ideally
by Tuesday.


Marvin, Tony and I look forward to speaking with you on Tuesday, and
moving our relationship to one that balances expectations from both
