Ted,
Can you ask Tom to send me some information (general) on both the product (if you have it) and the firm. I assumed an 8% hurdle rate in my economic assumptions. I believe all of the investors would welcome current income at that level. Of course as we canvas the investor group (which we will be doing over the next week) to determine interest, we will also get a sense of a 6% hurdle rate vs. an 8% hurdle rate.
