In this morning's news clips' stories about your Dad's high speed rail announcement this week, 2 articles erroneously stated that you serve on the Amtrak Board of Advisors. (small newspapers, not mainstream)
We're going to circle back with these reporters on background to clarify that you stepped down from the Board when he was elected Vice President - wanted to verify with you that that is correct? (is what your Dad remembers)

Also, in terms of them labeling you a lobbyist in the article, we can say that you're a lawyer, or say "co-chair of an investment firm."
