Hi Jim, I have sent overnight mail 3 subscription agreements for Edgewater Funds III to your office totaling 3.4 million. Jeff Krol told me he will get commitments of another 2 million bringing total capital raised to hopefully 5.4 million. I will continue to talk to clients about your fund.
