Hey guys, Let's try and synch up sometime this week on Hunter's thoughts on the meeting with Gov Paterson and ideas for the Working Capital concept. Also, the Governor is working with Joe Grano (former head of Paine Weber) on a Green Building initiative with Governor Pataki. This will be a well paid endeavor for him, which is good to know that he has that coming in for 2011-12. They are looking to raise money to support the idea, perhaps a company, not clear on the details but we'll get clarity in the coming weeks. There may be a tie in here for Chafe/CEDC and/or Rosemont Realty. Pataki is also doing something regarding bringing US energy companies to India - what a novel idea J (Our PFC concept is fully baked, just not sure if we want to pull the trigger on it or not, but that's another conversation).
