I totally agree. Tom and I are working on a white paper for you. We are currently engaged in Liberia so I think we start with this one. We have a gain sharing agreement with the country as I told you. This would be a good one. As for USAID, World Bank and IMF Tom and I will think about the best angle to them for what we do.

I don't know where to start or the cost. My only thinking is that you guys know what you are doing and have the contacts to get real contracts for what I see as "god's work." I can work the IMF, World Bank, AID, etc... angle from my desk along with your bona fides. And you guys have the experience and ability to put together the team to actually get the job done. Layer on top of that our ability to have meaningful relationships with head's of state, ambassadors, and foreign ministers- I think we could actually get a lot done and make a real business out of something that we would all be proud of.

Why don't we pick a country and then we can figure out what we need, who would start, how we proceed.
Cote D'Ivore would hire us, although its as dangerous there as here. We have contact there that we are working with to get de-listed from the 1267. He is a huge cocoa and coffee exporter who got mixed up with Taylor years ago and unwittingly ended up on a "bad guy" list.
If you think Tunisia is a possibility then we could start there. We have copies of the agreement with Liberia that could be used as a template.
