Tom and I have an idea about how to get started.
As I said we are already engaged with Liberia, so why don't we do the following

1- Rosemont and Rmetrics forms a joint venture with Rmetrics for the Liberian Asset Recovery.
2- We should either link Rmetrics and Rosemont's websites or add a new icon on Rosemont about your new line of effort. I have a couple of pages to add as content for the website
3- We start having Friday conference calls with the team
4- I will send you a copy of our current Liberia agreement, as well as the existing law suits,

We use our current effort to kick start the effort then add Tunisia, Haiti, Ivory Coast..
