Attached is Jim Bernhard's bio. He is the CeO of Shaw/Stone Webster and the former Democratic Chairman of the Louisiana State Party.

Jim has a fondness for golf; making lots of money; works well with the Building Trades and tools around in a G6, G5 and gave his G1 to the Vice President of Government Affairs.

They own 25% of Westinghouse and just sealed a deal with Toshiba.
