I am pleased to share with you the second edition of The McCord Report. Despite the New Year, new Governor, new legislative session, and new legislative leadership, many of us have the same old concerns, such as how best to address our budget challenges. At Treasury, we are committed to shedding light on these important public fiscal issues in the most effective way we know how – through the presentation of objective data.
