Featured Music of the Week This week, has been yet another MJ Hustle & FLO period. I had the chance to sit with the owners of BIN 1301 in Washington DC to finalize the plans for our Sips and Sounds™ on March 15th from 5-9p. We will have wine + food + great sounds as we enjoy the FLOsocial experience. I also had the chance to make a day trip to New York City to speak at the New School on the topics of leadership, entrepreneurship, and the entertainment industry. It was awesome to represent Howard University as a professor and FLO as its founder. The students felt our passion as we discussed very real issues such as: How do I leave my job when I have responsibilities?; Where do I go for small business resources?; What were your biggest failures and how did you get through them? It got deep, but the students appreciated our candor and transparency. A big honor for me was to see that I was speaking at the Sheila C. Johnson Center for Design, which was named after the billionaire business woman who wrote the foreword for my book: FLO...For the love of... Living the journey of Life with intention, love, passion, and happiness! As always, thank you for allowing me to work my vision.
