FYI - NCR powerpoint from 2 years ago proposing many of the changes
that they are now asking for in the RFP. At this point Mike (from NCR)
thinks all discussions need to be focused on overall USPS strategy and
on the existing contract.

Mike,

Per our discussion, I've attached a copy of a presentation we made a
couple of years ago to several Postal audiences in regards to speeding
up their change management process. As I mentioned, they were happy
to listen, but not able to incorporate the changes required into their
infrastructure, rules, etc. Thanks again for your assistance.
