Dear Participants of Inspiration Consciousness School who live in the DC/VA
area,

We are excited to take the next step of cultivating an Inspiration meeting
group in DC. A lot of ideas were generated at a preliminary meeting, and we
would like to meet again. At this upcoming meeting we will have spiritual
practice, breathing, a vegetarian potluck, and taking next steps to form an
ongoing meetup which could include any of the following – potlucks,
spiritual practice, sharing circles, and breathwork. We also will discuss
long term plans for doing breath workshops or the Awakening course in DC.

If you want to support this group in happening please come to this next
meeting to have input into the process, to meet others from your area, and
to be nourished by the love and presence that we undoubtedly will share.

Please click on this link right away and enter the dates that you can
attend. The meeting will take place at Debbie Schechter’s home in the Chevy
Chase Friendship Heights neighborhood, about 8 minutes walk from the metro.
