Not sure. They just told us their change in position on Thursday and then cancelled our trip on Saturday.
We told them we were more than willing to negotiate the deal with them and that it was very rough for us to get to a 50/50 deal. However, we said we were willing to discuss it if they were willing to do much more to get there.

It was a pretty abrupt change on their part and I have no idea what triggered it.

It also may be that something is getting lost in translation.
