Special Membership Meeting
Tuesday, March 20, 2012
4:00 - 5:30 p.m.

The District of Columbia Bar will hold a special membership meeting
at 4 pm on Tuesday, March 20, 2012, pursuant to Rule VI, Section 2
of the Rules Governing the District of Columbia Bar, in order for
active members to consider and vote on two proposed resolutions

about renewing the Bars authority to support court funding and funding of
access to justice initiatives.

The meeting is limited to the purpose set forth in this notice.

Interested Bar members are encouraged to attend to be briefed on these issues.
Only active members of the D.C. Bar will be eligible to vote on the resolutions.

The meeting will be held from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. at the D.C. Bar Headquarters
Conference Center, 1101 K Street NW, 1st Floor,Washington, DC 20005.

Light refreshments will be served after the meeting.
