Hunt. It was great catching up last night. As we discussed, I represent
the management and employees of TransPerfect, a NY based translation
software business incorporated here in Delaware.

In spite of over $500 million in sales, the recently signing Walmart and HP
as clients and a valuation of over $1 billion, Chancellor Bouchard has
ordered the sale due to issues with fighting of the two owners/partners. I
can provide more background later.

I have also attached a recent News Journal article, but it has been closely
covered by Bloomberg, Forbes, NY media and national press.

Let me know if your firm has any interest in being retained and if there
are any potential conflicts. The client is looking for general counsel in
addition to filing an amicus brief. I think the next step would be for me
to have a preliminary conversation with whomever you think best, and then
we can set up a meeting with the client. Let me know what you think.

Best,
Pat
