Hunter- Please see below and let me know how you would like me (or you or Eric) to respond. This gentleman is from DE and would like to meet with you regarding his "idea/concept paper for the establishment of the *Joseph R**. **Biden International Center for Job Creation Policy and Workforce Innovation.* The proposed center will work with governments, policy makers and workforce professionals in developing countries on job creation policy and research as well as on workforce innovation issues." Thanks! ---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: *J. Nhinson Williams* <jnw5050@gmail.com> Date: Wednesday, June 15, 2016 Subject: Letter for Mr. Hunter Biden To: jmayer@rosemontseneca.com Dear Mr. Hunter Biden, I am writing to request an audience with you at your earliest and most suitable convenience to discuss a project I have been working on, and to see how you can be of guidance and assistance. By way of brief of introduction, I am Jones Nhinson Williams, a proud resident of Newark, Delaware; a naturalized U.S. citizen and graduate of NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service in New York City. I currently work as State Administrator (for the state of Maryland) for the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics Program and Labor Market Information, and as program director/consultant of the Jewish Family Services of Delaware international refugee program in Wilmington, Delaware. In addition, I am involved in a number of policy and advocacy activities with respect to poverty alleviation, job and wealth creation for vulnerable populations in Africa. I am also a passionate admirer of Vice President Joe Biden, especially in his dedication and commitment for the working poor and for labor unions and the need for people to have jobs. As program director/consultant of the statewide immigrant/refugee program in Delaware, I was also very fortunate to have interacted with his late son, Mr. Beau Biden, who was a wonderful and great person. The late Mr. Beau Biden inspired me and gave me hope every time I had an issue regarding immigrant/refugee clients. I am especially moved by the Vice president’s public service record and thought to have a way of making his contribution and concern for workers and people who want jobs meaningful and lasting. I also believe, establishing an international research, public policy and training center in Delaware in honor of the vice president would be one of the best ways to champion his immense contribution in public service. In view of that, I have been working on an idea/concept paper for the establishment of the *Joseph R**. **Biden International Center for Job Creation Policy and Workforce Innovation.* The proposed center will work with governments, policy makers and workforce professionals in developing countries on job creation policy and research as well as on workforce innovation issues. The center will also serve as an incubator for the training of policy makers and workforce professionals from around the world in addition to doing a number of things related to job creation, union activities and labor economics as well as private-public partnership activities that create jobs for poor communities and economically depressed regions. The focus will be providing policy advice and implementation strategies to communities and nations in need. The center will also work in partnership with business that aim to put people back to work and pay them improve wages. I am looking forward to drawing the vice president’s attention to this project. This center, I believe will be the singular most important honor the state of Delaware could give to one of its longest serving senators and one of America’s best vice presidents, Mr. Joseph R. Biden. I am looking forward to hearing from you regarding my request for an audience. Thank you very much for your consideration of my request.
