I only received one reply regarding a conference call this week to discuss
the event with an eye to determining how things could change for next year.
Please let me know if you are available Tuesday or Wednesday at around
3:30. Or if you think a call is not necessary, let me know and we can
table it until end of the year when we start planing March Madness 2013!

I am still waiting for a final accounting from the silent auction vendor.
The delay is that he is trying to reach out to those who bid on an item
and didn't get it, in order to convince them to buy it out right at the
winning bid.
