I think for the brochure, your Dad and the the golf outing consultant thought it was important to have - at least to spend some time getting together a group of people who would actually do work (which isn't always the case). If we decide not to include one, we can definitely find some other verbiage to fill that space.
FWIW, I think committees of all sorts are useless. But Delaware cares about them, so I've grow used to them.
