Attached please find our combined track record in late stage technology
investing. The combined investments are at a conservative 1.6x mark. Things
that can move this in the near term: two of my investments, Proofpoint and
Cortina, have filed to fo public. I think Proofpoint will get to a 3x plus
sometime in Q2. Cortina is likley to be a 2H 2012 event. Also, we should
include the Sitaro return data if available.

We still need two datapoints: Fisker's correct current mark and weather
channel's investment date, which is why they are highlighted in the
attached.
