Just wanted to follow up on the conversation you had with Hunter a couple of days ago regarding scheduling for a visit Colombia. Alex followed up with me as well by phone yesterday.

We checked with Harry and others in Colombia and the recommendation is that you wait to schedule a trip down to Colombia until your license application with EcoPetrol has been approved. I understand the documents were submitted last Friday and Alex told me he was going to loop in Harry who was going to follow up with EcoPetrol to walk it through the process. He originally felt it could be turned around in about two weeks but we want to make sure that they have all of the documents they need and that the timing in still on track before locking in a date for a trip. Given that April 1st is exactly two weeks from the original submission of your materials it may be too soon. We'll want to request a meeting with EcoPetrol knowing that your license has been approved.

We are going to follow up with Harry and try and get a sense of the timing of your license and will come back to you with some possible dates later in April that would work for a visit.
