You're currently using an older way of connecting with Calendar on your
iPhone, which doesn't support Calendar's newer features like Reminders and
Goals. With the official app, you get:

- To-dos on your calendar - Use Reminders to create and view to-dos
alongside your events.

- Goals on your calendar - Add your personal goals and Google Calendar will
find time to complete them

- Schedule View - See your schedule at a glance with photos and maps of the
places you're going

If you want to use all of Calendar's features, update to the official
Calendar app
