Good Afternoon, I wanted to introduce myself to those of you who do not know me, my name is Mary O’Connor, otherwise known as Molly’s Mom, and I have volunteered to be the team manager for the Kotz/Lantuh/Biles 5th/6th grade girls Bethesda lacrosse team. I will be sending emails to you all on a variety of issues, and will be checking weekly on who will or will not be able to attend the practices and games each week. Concussion Forms My first task is to get the attached concussion forms signed by each of you and your daughters. Please read the attached form and bring a signed copy to practice this weekend. I will also have hard copies of the forms at the practices for those that might forget. Practices and Games 3/23, 3/24 and 3/25 Please send me a quick note as to whether or not your daughter will be able to attend the scheduled practices and games this weekend. Friday, March 23 6:00-7:15 Practice at The Woods Academy Saturday, March 24 5:15-6:45 Practice at Holy Child Sunday, March 25 2:00 and 2:30 Games at Forest Oak Middle School – 651 Saybrooke Oaks Blvd., Gaithersburg, MD – Field #1 **The coaches have asked that the girls arrive at least 15 minutes prior to game time, so by 1:15 on Sunday!
