This really is BS and if accurate -- changing the terms in mid stream bec of a successful opening?? - then they can go fly a kite & begs the question re the veracity of them...

Just wanted you to know as you brought Kevin to our attention -- JSC is a stretch to begin w/ financially --$16m nut in DC, really?!

Eric reminded them of the LLC option (4 of us at $12,500 for 1 $50k share) as originally discussed but based on the email fr Kevin changing the terms now per Rich, I am totally disinclined given their disingenuousness....though will keep the option open.

You brought us together so figured you deserved a "status" update.

That would be a non-starter.

In Washington, as Eric well knows, all you really have is your word and my impression was that this was never about the money, obviously, which is why we sought the clear investment parameters up front, which were verified by Eric so let me know whether the Rich is indeed changing the terms, and we all will respect his decision.

We were likely to do a 4 person LLC per our recent discussions.

That works for me. We may want to talk in advance of that. Rich has been inundated with investment interest from the Washington area. As a result, he came back to me and said he would like to keep the minimum investment size at $50k (one full unit)because he prides himself on taking great care of the partners and doesn't want to jeopardize his ability to do that by having too many.....if that is a non-starter for you and/or the others, I completely understand. If you want to proceed with the call first and decide whether or not to commit for a unit later, I'm good with that too. Let me know what you think.
