>>> Hi guys -
>>> Jim Mowrer spoke with Ernest Baynard yesterday. He’s a campaign and coalition consultant with offices in DC. His bio is below. Looks like his Hill experience is with Mike Forbes (D-NY) and Mike Honda (D-CA). He indicated to Mowrer that he rented a condo in Rehobeth with Beau in the late 90s, and that if Beau called him to discuss the race, he would donate and attend the event y’all are doing.
>>> My thought was to email Ernest from beau@beaubiden.com and attach the invite to the event, saying, I hope I can get down for the event, but my schedule is a bit hectic that day, etc.
>>> If that’s ok with you all, I’ll proceed. Thanks,
>>> Josh

Collectively, these groups have played a significant role in shaping favorable legislation, including a bill passed by large majority in the U.S. House of Representatives in June 2007 and legislation that unanimously passed by the Senate Committee on Finance in October 2007.
