Dear faculty, You are receiving this message as your MSFS class was cancelled this week due to the university closure. If you were unable to make alternative arrangements to meet with your class, and have not already arranged for a make-up class, please consider the following: 1. Cancelled courses must be rescheduled and should be rescheduled as soon as possible. 2. Rescheduled courses can be offered in person or via alternative methods (see: https://academiccontinuity.georgetown.edu/assignments/). 3. Rescheduled courses should maximize the number of students able to attend, and, as such, polling <http://doodle.com> of student availability is encouraged. 4. Faculty can request rooms for the rescheduled classes from the Registrar's office via an online request form (see: http://registrar.georgetown.edu/schedules/classroom_reservation/). If you have trouble making a room request for your make-up class, please let me know and I will assist you. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you very much, Erin ---------------------------------- Mr. Erin E. Guild Director of Academic Affairs Master of Science in Foreign Service Edmund A.
