All, Have been having discussions w Ramji about doing a secondary to clean up cap table by acquiring stock from the early friends and family investors. He is coming back to me this week w how much is available. Will and I had lunch w Julia Feldman of Goldman today. She and her husband have had the Counsyl test and she is a big fan of the co. She is also the key fund and secondary decision maker. She expressed interest in having us manage a secondary investment in the co with GS as the core LP. Could be a $10mm to $30mm commitment. Will have structuring discussions on this later this week. Would look a lot like the landmark deal we had structured w OSI. Julia is also interested in looking at Spider w us. Stay tuned.
