Hunter--We are mailing to you a D.C. power of attorney to sign and return. We
also need the following docs to complete titling:
1. A letter on Owasco letterhead authorizing your purchase of the car in the
name of Owasco and your name. This letter needs to be signed by a company
officer/partner other than you.

2. A copy of Owasco's current D.C. business license
3. A copy of Owasco certificate of occupancy for the office space at 1010
Wisconsin (I know, D.C. has some odd requirements).


Also, we got a new 110 charging cord for your Karma and it charged fully, so it
looks like it was the power cord. I will get back to you on Monday with the
status--I believe we are waiting for a new clip to secure the interior cover on
the A pillar (the one that has been loose).
