Please see the attached updated PPM draft. I rewrote the track record
section to highlight Cataphora and Counsyl and factually depict the
individual track records of the team members prior to coming together as a
team. This would be supplemented by excel back up with all of our deals
under NDA as appropriate.

After discussing project Spider, Nathaniel de Rothschild has offered to
help us do our first closing by introducing more investors from his network
of contacts. Would appreciate your thoughts on the attached.
